Since i Digi Learn primarily provides a free educational platform, paid auxiliary services or certificates are non-refundable once issued. If you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days.
If you face technical difficulties that prevent you from using the service, please open a support ticket. We review disputed charges on a case-by-case basis.
